Preparation and Usage
- It is not necessary to pre-cook Napolina Egg Lasagne as it can be used straight from the packet. However, if preferred, lasagne sheets can be pre-cooked in a large pan of slightly salted water for 6-8 minutes.
- For the perfect lasagne, brown 400g of mince. Add Napolina Bolognese Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Layer Napolina Egg Lasagne Sheets and Napolina White Sauce for Lasagne in an ovenproof dish. Top with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 200C/400F/Gas mark 6.
